Hello, I’m a trauma-informed disabled USMC veteran, and survivor of childhood abuse. I call Georgia home; howver, Oregon has been "home" for me since 2020. My personal healing journey has deeply shaped my passion for helping others recover from trauma, moral injury, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences.
With over a decade of experience, I provide compassionate, personalized services in a safe, down-to-earth space. I’m committed to truly listening and working collaboratively with you .
My approach integrates neuropsychotherapy, attachment-based work, somatic experiencing, and evidence-based trauma treatments. I am certified in Neural Desensitization and Integration Training (NDIT), along with Neuropsychotherapy (NPT-C), Certified Clinical Trauma Treatment (CCT-PT), and several other trauma-informed approaches. I also draw from CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
I specialize in supporting veterans, first responders, and all individuals healing from PTSD, moral injury, abuse, church hurt, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to help you move from surviving to truly thriving.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in psychology and counseling.
