Counseling / Psychotherapy

Counseling (also called psychotherapy) is simply a supportive conversation with a trained professional who is there to help you feel heard, understood, and guided through life’s challenges. In a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space, you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences—especially those that feel overwhelming or painful.

Together, we gently explore what you’re going through, help you make sense of difficult emotions or past trauma, and build practical tools so you can feel better, heal, and move forward with greater strength and clarity.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Many people feel nervous or unsure at first—that’s completely normal. Taking the first step to reach out is often the bravest and most important part of the journey.

RTM Protocol

The Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories Protocol (RTM) is a gentle, highly effective, and non-traumatizing therapy designed to help people heal from the lasting effects of trauma, particularly symptoms like flashbacks, nightmares, and intense emotional reactions.

Unlike traditional talk therapies that may require you to relive painful details, RTM uses a safe, guided visualization process. Through simple steps, we help your brain update and re-store the memory so it no longer carries the same overwhelming fear, terror, or helplessness.

Most clients experience significant relief in just 3 sessions, with many reporting a dramatic reduction in intrusive symptoms. RTM is evidence-based, medication-free, and focuses on separating the emotional pain from the memory itself — allowing the memory to become a neutral part of your past rather than something that continues to disrupt your present.

If you're carrying the weight of trauma and want a compassionate, efficient path forward, RTM may be an excellent option.

*Not Limited To, but Highly effective for combat exposed veterans/active duty, first responders, and victims of sex crimes.

**This protocol will be available July 1, 2026

NDIT Protocol

Neural Desensitization and Integration Training (NDIT) is a modern, neuroscience-based approach to trauma therapy that helps your brain heal from the overwhelming effects of traumatic experiences. Developed as an advanced, integrated method (sometimes referred to as “EMDR 3.0”), NDIT gently targets and restores healthy functioning in key areas of the brain that are often disrupted by trauma.

Rather than requiring you to repeatedly relive painful memories in detail, NDIT uses a combination of focused techniques — including elements of eye movement work, nervous system regulation, and targeted processing — to reduce the emotional intensity of trauma responses. This helps calm intrusive thoughts, flashbacks, hypervigilance, and other post-trauma symptoms while building stronger emotional regulation and resilience.

NDIT is flexible, collaborative, and designed to accelerate healing in a safe and respectful way. Many clients experience meaningful relief without feeling overwhelmed or retraumatized.

If you’re looking for a brain-informed, compassionate path to move beyond trauma, NDIT can be a powerful option in your healing journey.

*Not Limited To, but Highly effective for combat exposed veterans/active duty, first responders,  and victims of sex crimes.
